I deserve this award for my proven commitment to empowering educators through digital technology and AI. As a teacher, ICT Champion, Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, Microsoft Elevate Educator Expert and Microsoft Certified Educator, I have trained and mentored **500+ educators** across Kenya through workshops, webinars and online communities. Through my **AI & EdTech Educators Hub**, I connect teachers to practical skills, mentorship and emerging technologies. I train educators to use AI, Microsoft tools, Canva, Scratch, Khan Academy and other EdTech solutions to improve lesson planning, assessment, content creation, learner engagement and productivity. My work has reached educators in both urban and underserved rural communities, helping bridge the digital divide and indirectly impacting thousands of learners. I do not simply teach technology—I help educators **use technology to solve real classroom challenges, innovate and prepare learners for the future**.
