Irene kipas

I deserve this award because I am a young woman who has consistently used leadership to advocate for others and create meaningful change. Through my university leadership roles and as the founder of Gen Action Initiative, I have championed student voices, education, youth empowerment and community service. I believe leadership is not about a title, but about service, action and the courage to create opportunities for others. This recognition would inspire me to continue using my voice and platform to empower young people, especially young women, to become leaders and changemakers in their communities.
