Aisha Kariuki Ali is an emerging entrepreneur, community leader, and youth empowerment advocate committed to inclusive development and meaningful community engagement.
As the founder of CocoSplash, a Kenyan beverage startup, she is working to build an enterprise that contributes to local economic growth. She also serves as Community Liaison and Spokesperson for the Nairobi South Business Community Association, representing community concerns and engaging stakeholders on issues affecting residents and businesses.
Her work includes raising concerns about poor roads and inadequate drainage with relevant public offices, moderating a security stakeholders' meeting, and participating in civic engagement initiatives that encourage young people to express their views and participate in community affairs.
She has mentored approximately 100–150 young people at Humanity First Home and contributed to youth-focused initiatives through her work with Hopeful Foundation. She has also served as a speaker and panellist at a drug and substance abuse awareness workshop organised by Hopeful Foundation in partnership with Anchor Point Initiative.
Her participation in the Amazon Leadership Initiative in Nigeria further reflects her commitment to leadership development and continuous learning.
Aisha's work bridges entrepreneurship, community representation, and youth empowerment. Recognition in the Policy Inclusion and Community category would acknowledge her dedication to amplifying community concerns, encouraging civic participation, and contributing to inclusive, community-led development.
