Dr. JANE NJOROGE

Dr Jane Njoroge is a recognized National Hero under the Category of Scholarship, Professionalism and Research. She was honored for her distinguished contribution to scholarship, research, mentorship, capacity building, and community engagement. She has made significant contributions to the empowerment of women and has played a transformative role in youth empowerment and mentorship, creating opportunities to improve their livelihoods and leadership potential across Eastern Africa. Dr Jane’s dedication extends to persons with disabilities (PWDs), marginalized groups, and children through capacity development, social support, and emotional support. Dr. Jane Njoroge is a highly experienced professional in strategic management, Education, Research, Administration, Mathematics and Business. She holds a PhD in Strategic Management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management and a Bachelors of Education Mathematics and Business studies with Kenyatta University. Dr. Njoroge is a Senior lecturer in the Department of Public Policy and Administration at Kenyatta University. Dr Jane is a well-known consultant in various fields such as Public management Trainer, Education Change Maker trainer, Education curriculum development and review consultant, Policy and strategy development and review consultant, Education policy trainer and a researcher with different institutions such as, Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) Eastern Africa-USAID, European Union, Trevor Noah, public and Private Universities, public and private Schools, United Nations Agencies such as United Nations Development Programs, UN-Women, United Nations Industrial Development Organizations, National Government, County Governments, Commissions, NGOS, Private sectors as well as churches. Her core value is in the promotion of a value-based education, research and training and an all-inclusive development.
