His career began in food waste recycling and the transformation of organic by-products into value-added resources, establishing an enduring commitment to resource recovery, environmental responsibility, and the principles of the circular economy. His experience spans product development, commercialization, and strategic business development, including working with some of North America's largest seed producers, distributors, and agricultural marketers. Edward has focused on identifying innovative solutions that connect environmental responsibility with practical commercial and agricultural applications. Edward leads the development, commercialization, and international expansion of innovative dry microbial soil technologies designed to restore soil biodiversity, support natural nutrient cycling, improve soil functionality, and advance long-term agricultural sustainability. Edward is particularly focused on expanding access to sustainable agricultural technologies across Africa and other emerging markets.
